This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Must respect other neighbors. Noise level must be minimal after 9pm. There is a noise level city ordinance, we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will results in a termination of your reservation and the security deposit will be retained. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding. Lost keys: $50 Late checkout past 11am: $25 Excessive guests than on the reservation: $50 per guest Excessive cleaning if the place is left with trash everywhere: $50
